These days, many councils and corporations are falling into the trap of the fact that dual flush toilets save water. However, in many cases they use mush more water than a traditional low level or even high level toilet. There is not much that can be done but this thread could possibly be used to vent any annoyance or anger which are possibly related to them. The poll closes on August 29th.
